Antique WMF Art Nouveau Silver-Plated Cigarette Lighter & Ashtray "The Orb Bearer" (c. 1900)

An early 20th-century Jugendstil (German Art Nouveau) desk accessory produced by the world-renowned WMF (Württembergische Metallwarenfabrik).

This piece features a graceful, elongated female figure emerging from a leaf-form base, holding aloft a fixed spherical table lighter.

Hallmarks & Authentication

The base edge is clearly stamped with the official WMF marks used between 1900 and 1918.
